Our Returns + Refund Policy 

When you order Serapure products we want you to know we have got you covered with our 30 day easy return policy.

You can return any eligible products to us by mail within 30 days of the original ship date. Please ensure that all products are unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging material is intact. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we will gladly take it back.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- You will need send us a mail with details of Shopify Order Number that is located in your order confirmation email, along with the email address or phone number that is associated with your Shopify order.
- Out team will verify that images of product and reply on eligibility of the return.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.
- Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
- Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Briogeo products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.
